I AM SO EXCITED TO GET MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

All orders placed on in stock items will be processed within 24 hours of receipt unless the order is received after 1:00pm on Friday, which then will ship the following Monday.  All orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped the following business day.  For more detailed information, please see our shipping page. 

I GOT CONFUSED, I THOUGHT VIOLET WAS PINK...I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH MY PURCHASE, CAN I RETURN IT?  DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

As long as the item is unworn and in otherwise perfect condition, with all original tags, we are happy to offer either full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of package.  However, keep in mind that we do not offer returns of any kind on earrings, vintage, perfume or beauty products for health and safety reasons.  We absolutely understand that it is sometimes hard to envision what items will look like IRL, so YES, we do offer free returns.  We want you to be happy with your purchase! I HAVE THIS THING AND NEED MY DRESS YESTERDAY - CAN YOU RUSH IT TO ME?

We are here for you and want you to look your best at your event, we will always try to accommodate special requests! Reach out to us to inquire about same day or rush shipping at hello@shopfriendsofjenny.com and we can address these situations on a case by case basis!

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WAITLISTING AND SPECIAL ORDERS?

Waitlisting occurs when we either have a style coming (for the first time) or as a re-order and you want to "get on the list" to know when it arrives.  Waitlisting does not require any pre-payment, you simply sign up to be notified and we will let you know when the style is in stock.  
Special orders are when FOJ secures a style in a specific color and size from the supplier and has it uniquely ordered for you.  This circumstance does require full payment and the item will be FINAL SALE.

CAN I SHOP WITH YOU EVEN THOUGH MY NAME ISN'T JENNY?

We love this question and the answer is OF COURSE!  We want you and your friend Ashley and her friend Mazel to all shop with us. We love you all and hope that you and your friends will find some special treasures on FOJ that will spark joy in your life!

I NOTICED THAT YOU CARRY LOTS OF BRANDS WITH DIFFERENT SIZE SCALES, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

We know it can be a little confusing, especially since we have brands from all over the world and every size scale is different.  Additionally, all brands fit differently!  Help!  Not to worry -  we try every item on as it comes through our doors to understand how it fits, how it should be styled and how does the fabric or raw material feel.  We are at your disposal to answer any and all questions about the styles on our site and we will do our best to help you select the correct size.  Email us at hello@shopfriendsofjenny.
